About Lauren
With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, coaching, employee engagement strategy, and leadership development, Lauren Insley is the Founder & Executive Coach and Head of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at LPI Consulting. She is dedicated to driving organizational performance through innovative solutions grounded in her expertise in business, clinical psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, and neuroscience. Lauren blends cutting-edge research and best practices to create impactful strategies that empower leaders and teams to thrive.

In 2018, Lauren founded LPI Consulting with a vision to transform organizations through exceptional leadership and engaged workforces. Her passion lies in the employee experience and in building workplaces that not only engage but also empower individuals. She believes that organizations with high levels of employee engagement foster environments where human performance can reach its fullest potential.
Before founding LPI Consulting, Lauren served as Senior Organizational Development Consultant at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) where she led the establishment of the CDER’s organizational development function and designed and implemented the first internally managed coaching program. She also led employee engagement initiatives and served as a senior advisor on learning innovation, leadership development, team effectiveness, organizational design, talent management, change management, culture, and program evaluation.

Earlier in her career, Lauren spent more than a decade as an external consultant in client delivery and leadership roles with Suntiva, Booz Allen Hamilton, Human Technology, Information Experts, and Apex Performance Strategies. She has extensive experience across multiple industries, including engineering, telecom, software, biotech, pharmaceuticals, education, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, cybersecurity, and regulatory agencies.

Lauren is a credentialed Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is certified in Brain-Based Coaching and Resilient Leadership Coaching. She holds an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a B.A. in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Washington College.
