About Lauren

Lauren is a management consultant, coach, and leadership thought partner who draws upon her background in business, psychology, and neuroscience to create impactful solutions that drive organizational performance. Currently, she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for LPI Consulting. Lauren started LPI Consulting with the vision to create a consulting company that embodies the values and best practices that she brings to her clients. Lauren’s passion is the employee experience and creating work places that engage and empower people. She believes that organizations with high levels of employee engagement create environments that foster maximum human performance potential.

 

Prior to LPI Consulting, Lauren served as Senior Organizational Development Consultant for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where she was responsible for designing and implementing the first internally managed coaching program, leading employee engagement initiatives, serving as a subject matter expert on leadership development, team effectiveness, and program evaluation, and supporting the stand up of an organizational development function. 

 

Before joining the FDA as an internal consultant, Lauren spent over 10 years serving as an external management consultant at small to large firms (e.g., Suntiva, Booz Allen Hamilton, Human Technology, Information Experts, Apex Performance Strategies). Lauren served in various leadership and client delivery roles where she focused on helping organizations in the areas of organizational development, human capital, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, coaching, and evaluation.

 

Her experience cuts across industries (including: telecom, software, biotech, pharmaceuticals, education, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, cybersecurity, regulatory and the federal government) and consists of both public and private sector agencies as an internal and external consultant.

 

On a personal level, Lauren enjoys staying active and the outdoors. She spends her free time with her family and yellow lab, kiteboarding in the Outer Banks, boating, and running.
